Lions On The Loose

Melksham Lions are very pleased to be able to attend as well as organise a number of events throughout the year, and from time to time we like to get together for a bit of a social too. Here you’ll find a list of dates, events and activities that we have on our calendar; we look forward to seeing you for some of them 🙂

    Bonnie Baby 2024 - Hosted by Melksham Carnival

    1pm - 3pmKing George V Park, Melksham
    Join the Melksham Carnival team at the Lion's Picnic in the Park, where they will be holding their much anticipated Bonnie baby competition!
    Judging- 1-3pm
    Results - 3.30pm
    £4 entry per child.
    ‘On the day’ entries only.

    0-3 months
    4-11 months
    1-2 years
    3- start of reception year
    There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category as well as the ‘ OVERALL BONNIEST BABY’ which is the top point winner in all groups and the ‘PAT REEVES memorial cup’ chosen by the judges chosen by the Melksham Carnival Queen 2024.
    Please note~ On entering your child you consent to allowing their name and picture being used on social media and in local press.
    The team will also ask that you are available, if needed, on July 5th 2025 for a second event!!!
