Who are 'we'? We are your local Lions, at Melksham, in Wiltshire; members of Lions Clubs International, a community service organisation dedicated to the idea that the men and women who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why. Local Clubs are part of the world's largest such organisation, with more than 1.35 million members within 45,000 clubs, serving in 200 countries and geographical areas. The association is both non-political and non-sectarian.
Welcome to 2012
We would like to thank everyone for the support given during 2011; every minute of assistance, every penny in a pot, every face at a fair; we thank you. Without those things, our work would be impossible, and those we help would not be helped.
We hope you will join us in our continued efforts throughout 2012. Either by joining our group or by picking a tombola ticket at one of our stalls (or anything in between) everything helps, and everything is appreciated. Whatever you do, have a very happy and prosperous 2012.

We are a small club and new members are always welcome. Even if you feel you can only offer a small amount of time or resource, you will be very welcome. Many hands make light work, and a lot more fun. Please get in touch!

We meet at 8pm on the first Tuesday of each month
at:
MELKSHAM HOUSE
Market Place, Melksham,
Wiltshire.
We also get up to some social activities such as evenings out, and having guest speakers come along. These events usually fall on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
Come along and join in, a warm welcome awaits you.
